Frank D. Bracken
Director

Frank D. Bracken is a director of Online Vacation Center Holdings Corp. and serves on its compensation and audit committees. Mr. Bracken retired from Haggar Clothing Co. in 2005. He had served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Haggar Clothing Co. since July 20, 1994, becoming the first non-Haggar family member in the company's 75-year history to assume that responsibility.

Mr. Bracken, served his entire 42-year professional career at Haggar, joining the company as a management trainee in 1963. In 1971, he was named Regional Sales Manager, in 1976 he was named Vice President/National Sales Manager, and then earned the title of Senior Vice President of Sales and Merchandising in 1984. In 1988, all marketing functions were added to that responsibility and he was named Senior Vice President of Marketing. In 1991, he added the responsibilities of Domestic and International Manufacturing, Private Label Products and the Horizon Group, Haggar's division for mass market retailers and was named Executive Vice President. In 1994, he assumed the position of President and COO.

Mr. Bracken is a Director of the University of North Texas ("UNT") Foundation, Director of the UNT Athletic Board, and Director of UNT College of Business. In 1995 he received the "Distinguished Alumnus Award" from UNT. Mr. Bracken is past chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas, and recently completed a two year term as Chair of the National Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Mr. Bracken serves as a director for Ennis Inc. (NYSE: EBF) and also serves on their compensation and audit committees. Mr. Bracken also serves on numerous other industry and charitable boards.

Mr. Bracken graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in 1963. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.

Brian P. Froelich
Director

Brian P. Froelich is a director of Online Vacation Center Holdings Corp. and serves as chair of its compensation and audit committees.

Following an extensive public accounting career with Arthur Anderson and Coopers and Lybrand, as well as five years with US Life, Mr. Froelich founded BPF travel in 1979. After successfully achieving $200 million in sales in just five years, Mr. Froelich sold BPF Travel to American Express Travel Services where he became the company's Executive Vice President. During his tenure at American Express, Mr. Froelich was responsible for increasing travel sales from $400 million to $5 billion, and for increasing corporate card billings from $5 billion to $15 billion. As a result of his achievements, he was inducted to the American Express Hall of Fame. More recently, Mr. Froelich served as president and CEO of Allied Tours, where he affected the successful turnaround and sale of a failing travel subsidiary of a public company.

From 2003 through 2007, Mr. Froelich served as president and CEO of Fenevations, LLC, a U.S.-based manufacturer of custom windows and doors. From 2007 through 2009, Mr. Froelich served as Chief Operating Officer of Club ABC Tours.

Mr. Froelich received a bachelors of science degree in finance from Boston College and went on to receive a law degree from Seton Hall Law School and a masters in business from Rutgers University. Mr. Froelich currently resides in New Jersey.

Richard A. McKinnon
Director

Richard A. McKinnon is a director of Online Vacation Center Holdings Corp.

During more than thirty years in the travel industry, Mr. McKinnon is most lauded for founding Vacation.com, the nation's largest vacation selling network whose member agencies sell more than $20 billion in leisure travel annually. Following the sale of Vacation.com to Amadeus, the leading global distribution system and technology provider for the world's travel and tourism industries, Mr. McKinnon was appointed CEO of Amadeus North America. Previously, Mr. McKinnon held senior positions in several major travel businesses including American Airlines, Pan American World Airways, Delta Air Lines, Wyndham Resort Hotels and US Air. He also served as president of American Hawaiian Cruises and the Delta Queen Steamboat Company.

Since 2008, Mr. McKinnon has served as President of Management Recruiters International, a world wide executive search firm. He also serves as a director for Tauck, Inc. and GSC Acquisition Company.

Mr. McKinnon is a graduate of the United States Military Academy with a bachelor of science degree and has a law degree from the Emory University School of Law. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.

Edward B. Rudner
Director, Chairman, CEO, CFO, and President

Edward B. Rudner is a director of Online Vacation Center Holdings. Corp. and also serves as its chairman, CEO, CFO, and President.

Mr. Rudner has more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry. Previously, he served as the CFO and COO of Alamo-Rent-A-Car. Under his guidance, Alamo-Rent-A-Car increased its fleet size from 400 to 50,000 automobiles, and expanded from a Florida-based company into a national car rental agency. Following his tenure at Alamo, Mr. Rudner went on to become president and CEO of Certified Vacations, where he cultivated the business from 10,000 to 250,000 vacation packages per year. More recently, he served as the CEO of Renaissance Cruises where he expanded ship assets from $60 million to over $1 billion and increased revenues from $20 million to $500 million over a nine-year period until June of 2000.

In October of 2000, Mr. Rudner founded Online Vacation Center Inc., which today is one of the largest cruise sellers in the United States.

Mr. Rudner graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of Massachusetts and currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
